Find The Perfect Agent was created by Andrea, a real estate agent who experienced first hand how clients were ill-serviced when using inexperienced or low-skilled real estate agents. She also didn't see many ways out there to help clients find high quality agents. They were kind of left to figure it out themselves.

Find The Perfect Agent is her answer to this need. She feels clients should have a one-stop place to interview a group of agents. Her visions is this: as an experience real estate agent, she will interview and vet the agents invited to an "interview" event. Many agents, she already knows, has worked with or is aware of their reputations in the business. For those she does not, she will rely on her trusted colleageus who recommend an agent as well as interview them herself. This is to say, the agents at these events are vetted. They come with experience and are high quality agents who want care about making your experience enjoyable and easy.

Andrea wants you to think of the word QUALITY when considering the types of agents that are selected for her events. Who better to vet agents than another agent who is insider of the business?

How did "Find The Perfect Agent" come to be?
In 2020, the owner, Andrea, became a real estate agent. Previously she had been a small business owner with an event planning company and a cocktail lounge in Seattle. She had also bought and sold homes previously. So upon becoming a real estate agent, she was able to see the perspectives from a clients side and a real estate agent's side. Learning the intricacies of what goes on on the agent's side, she gained respect for what they did. She also saw how many things could run afoul if the agent did not keep their eye on the ball: dates, details of a contract, knowing all of the forms to have a client sign...

The more she learned, the more she understood how her own agents had under performed her in the past. Just because the deal closes, doesn't mean there was money wasted or ways that a client could have landed in a better position.

In her opinion, it's almost like having a lawyer representing you. They know the lay of the land and how to proceed. The client follows trusting what the lawyer recommends.

She became a big believer in the importance of finding a quality agent. That lead to the next question...how does one FIND a quality agent? How does one assess that they are talking to a quality agent?

One could use a family member, look online or ask friends or neighbors for recommendations. It just seemed like a person should have more choice, like a selection of quality agents from which to choose.

And that's how "Find The Perfect Agent" came into being.

At a "Perfect Agent" event, attendees get to spend time with each agent one-on-one where the agent can explain their experience and what is like working with them. Also, before the agent is invited to the event, they are vetted by Andrea and Her Team. It is a real estate agent vetting other real estate agents. They know the questions to ask and know their reputation in the world of real estate.

How does this event work?
The event lasts two hours. Each agent is seated at a table. When the event begins, each guest will spend 15 minutes at a table. During that time, the agent will introduce themselves and give a short presentation on who they are and their skill set and experience as a real estate agent. At the end of the 15 minutes, guests will move to another table to get to know another agent. This will take place for 90 minutes. At the end, each guest should have a list of their favorite 1-3 top agents that they might like to use.

Do I have to select an agent to use?
Absolutely not. You can move to the next step, or not. There is a chance that you are just getting started in the home buying process so perhaps you are not ready to start looking at homes yet. You're just doing the preliminary research.
